Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is a powerful fermented vinegar. Containing only 3 calories per tablespoon, it’s used in salad dressings, soups and water for its healing properties.
ACV has been shown to keep blood sugar levels normal and improve insulin levels. One study showed it improved insulin sensitivity during a high-carb meal by 19-34%. If you are struggling with diabetes, it’s one of the best superfoods out there to add to your diet as a natural way to promote your body’s response to insulin. ACV has been shown to improve your bodies ability to lose weight, fight belly fat, lower cholesterol and improve heart health.
It’s easy to find in all stores, and very affordable making it a VIBE staple!
